The platform 'mag' is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the platform owner, developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, database errors, system downtime, unauthorized access, server failure, VM execution costs on Vultr or any other hosting provider, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use or inability to use this platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. You use this platform entirely at your own risk.
1. Terms of Use
By registering an account and hosting repository data or deploying ephemeral applications on this platform, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not use the platform for hosting illegal content, performing malicious network scans, deploying unauthorized cryptocurrency miners, or initiating DDoS attacks.
2. Ephemeral PaaS and Deployments
This platform allows deploying virtual machines or containers (ephemeral PaaS). You are solely responsible for all resources spawned, configuration secrets, security group rules, network configurations, and any incurred usage costs on connected cloud providers (such as Vultr).
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your personal access tokens (PAT) and private SSH keys secure. We do not store your private keys and cannot recover access to repositories if keys or credentials are lost.
